These reports describe individual bookings from our own experience. They show possibilities but do not replace a quote for your date. We discuss which musical parts, line-up and equipment your event needs.

Read the full performance storyA medical congress with our six-piece band turned into a lively dance party with several hundred guests. Our own sound engineer worked with the venue’s event equipment. The large stage gave the show plenty of space. We coordinate the goods lift, loading area and contacts together; in our experience, delivery alone can require an extra one to two hours.
Read the full performance storyWe have played at the Flora several times, with line-ups ranging from four to seven musicians. The ballroom and botanical garden setting provide a festive backdrop for weddings, galas and corporate events. We match the band size to your booked room, guests and the atmosphere you want for the evening.
Read the full performance storyWe have played here twice with our four-piece band, including a corporate celebration for around 200 guests. On one occasion we supplied the band alone; on the other we also provided stage and event equipment. We know both arrangements and clarify with you which services your venue already provides.
Read the full performance storyWe have performed here once. We particularly liked the terrace and the location right by the Rhine. If you want to celebrate both indoors and outside, we plan the musical moments with you. The elevated location and lift journeys are included in our delivery and setup planning.
Read the full performance storyWe have accompanied three larger corporate celebrations for banks here, each with more than 200 guests at our events. Terraces, the Rhine and the old-town backdrop shape the atmosphere. We coordinate with you and the venue to choose the right area and combination of rooms for your celebration.
Read the full performance storyWe have played at several corporate and Christmas celebrations here. We like the modern space, but its reverberant acoustics require careful planning. That is why we work here with our own sound engineer and sound system, tailoring the sound to the room. We plan an early arrival for delivery and the limited parking options.

Historic walls, large windows and modern lighting give this location its distinctive look. Ground-level delivery made setup easier at our performances.

Read the full performance storyWe have accompanied weddings here several times with our four- and five-piece bands, always with a DJ and our own equipment. The waterside location creates a special setting for reception, dinner and party. We can plan the band, DJ and equipment together for your wedding day.
Read the full performance storyWe played here for Telekom in front of 500 guests. The former parcel centre combines historic architecture with modern event technology. We adapt the music and equipment to the actual area used for your event.
Read the full performance storyWe have performed in various rooms here, including with five musicians and an event DJ. In the large party room, the setup included a stage unusually integrated into the room; we also know the circular side room from a corporate event. Which room is booked, where will the band stand and how will the music reach your guests? We coordinate these questions with your venue and technical partners.
Read the full performance storyFor an international Trivago corporate event, our performance began as a guitar-and-vocals duo during dinner. Later, our unplugged party band with saxophone alternated with the DJ. We supplied all sound and lighting equipment. Dinner, live band and DJ need smooth transitions. We plan positions, volume and changeover routes in advance so that the musical accompaniment can grow into the party you want.
Read the full performance storyWe have accompanied two corporate events here with five and six musicians respectively, plus a DJ. All sound and lighting equipment came from one supplier. The hall’s acoustics require attention. We adapt the sound system and monitoring to the actual event area rather than planning by guest numbers alone.
Read the full performance storyAt two Falstaff trade-fair aftershows, we played here with seven musicians and a DJ for up to around 1,000 guests each. The extensive sound and lighting setup included additional speaker zones known as delay lines. For events like these, we consider the room’s depth, the distribution of guests and the show schedule. The guest count refers to our past events, not the venue’s general capacity.
Read the full performance storyWe have accompanied four Christmas celebrations here with four to seven musicians, sometimes joined by a DJ. There was also a private wedding anniversary: first with piano, vocals and saxophone, then with a DJ and several live musicians. An evening with several musical formats needs clear cues and coordinated transitions. We share impressions from private celebrations personally when relevant to an enquiry.
Read the full performance storyFive musicians and a DJ were booked for an international corporate event. The brief called for deliberately restrained live accompaniment. We used the venue’s sound and lighting, adding our own stage equipment and sound engineer. Long transport routes, a tight setup window and coordination across time zones mattered at this event. We clarify these details early and adapt the volume to the brief.
Read the full performance storyFor a company in the dental industry, we supported a full event day: an in-house trade fair with power for the stands and presentations in two adjoining rooms during the day, followed by a large corporate celebration. Our team provided projection, speech reinforcement, headsets and technical support. We set up the stage, a large truss system and extensive sound and lighting equipment in the morning.
Read the full performance storyWe know La Redoute from a variety of weddings: vocals and guitar, sometimes with loops, or our four- and five-piece bands in the evening. We have also provided a separate sound and lighting system for the DJ in the dedicated party room afterwards. Smooth floors, walls and plenty of glass can create strong resonances, particularly in the bass range. For a live band with drums, we therefore like to agree on the band position together.
Read the full performance storyThe views and distinctive event rooms make Godesburg an impressive wedding venue. We have played here four times with different line-ups and schedules. For setup, we allow for the long transport routes and small lift. In our experience, this can add around one and a half to two hours of work, or more when the lift is shared.
Read the full performance storyAt a gala with around 1,600 seated guests, our six-piece band began with subtle dinner music. The DJ took over for dessert, followed by a performance by DJ Ötzi. Immediately afterwards, we played the aftershow with seven musicians and two 50-minute sets before our DJ continued into the early hours. The venue’s technical partner supplied the large sound and lighting system; we brought our own sound engineer.
Read the full performance storyThe guests began with a boat trip and then travelled by bus to the celebration at BaseCamp. We had already illuminated the hall and caravans with ambient spots. Our six-piece party band, an additional DJ and extensive sound and lighting equipment turned the unusual setting into a concert evening. Many guests stayed overnight in the caravans. While the first guests went to bed, the DJ kept the party going.
