From reception to party programme
The booked programme began with 45 minutes of saxophone at the reception. A duo then played for another 45 minutes during dinner. The party band followed with three 45-minute sets.
A DJ provided music around the live performances until late at night. Audio, lighting and stage equipment were also organised through Pink Panta.

Marcel describes frequent performances at KölnSKY. Transporting equipment to the high-level event area is one of the familiar challenges. For this, the equipment was packed into suitable smaller cases.
Before the date, we agree when the lifts can be used and whether other events or users may affect transport. If more time is needed, delivery starts earlier accordingly.
Knowing the venue does not replace fresh coordination
Even at a familiar venue, the team checks the conditions again for the specific date. Delivery access, lifts, time windows and organisation at the van all form part of the same plan.
