A gala changes as the evening unfolds. Music welcomes guests on arrival, while conversation takes priority during dinner. Later, the band can take centre stage for dancing.
We discuss the musical role of each part of the evening with you. Smaller formats, the full band and an optional DJ can be arranged accordingly. Other programme items and speeches are included in the planning.

Our party line-up starts with four musicians; the five-piece band adds a male singer. We plan additional singers and instruments around your musical concept.
We agree the stage setup, technical requirements and preferred dress code in advance. A larger line-up is a specific choice for your event, not an automatically included extra.
New Year’s Eve gala at Wolkenburg
FROM PIANO.TO A SEVEN-PIECE BAND.
For the New Year’s Eve gala at Cologne’s Wolkenburg, we created an individually booked Chameleon concept with danceable 70s soul. A small musical opening was followed by a seven-piece band with three singers and four instrumentalists.
The booking included musical preparation and an agreed playlist for transitions. The client provided the equipment for this event. This special programme is not part of our standard repertoire for every booking.

After setup, the audio check and coordination, you can also use the microphones for speeches; presentation audio can be connected after a technical assessment. Can the band accompany the reception and gala dinner?
Yes. Small musical formats can be planned for the reception and dinner and combined with the larger band later. We agree the actual scope in advance.
Is a 70s programme automatically included?
No. The 70s soul programme at the Wolkenburg New Year’s Eve gala was booked as an additional, individual Chameleon concept. We discuss special live concepts separately.
Can you use existing event equipment?
We assess existing equipment and coordinate requirements with the venue or technical supplier. Suitable equipment services can be arranged through Pink Panta on request.
