Digital mixing console & control
Behringer X32 digital mixing console with stagebox, Wi-Fi router and iPad. Our audio engineer can also control the mix directly from the audience area.
Vocal & drum microphones
Two Sennheiser wireless vocal microphones on round-base stands, one wired Shure backing-vocal microphone for the guitarist on a boom stand, and a complete set of drum microphones.
Cabling & DI boxes
Power cabling for the entire stage with sockets and distribution units, XLR cabling for guitar and drums, plus keyboard cabling and DI boxes for the keyboard.
5 × Sennheiser wireless in-ear monitoring
Five Sennheiser wireless in-ear monitoring systems let the musicians hear their tailored monitor mix directly in their ears.
Your audio engineer is included
Our audio engineer handles the stage equipment, soundcheck and live sound during the performance. They adjust the sound and volume to suit the venue and the flow of your celebration.

A professional audio engineer specialising in live bands handles setup, the audio check and the agreed performance. Audio quality and volume are adjusted to the situation.
Tailored to your room.
We consider the area, ceiling height, acoustics and desired listening area. We also coordinate vehicle access, power and setup times with the venue.
Everything for your stage.
Stage equipment includes a digital mixing console, microphones, wireless microphones, in-ear monitoring and cabling, along with an audio engineer, truck, setup and breakdown.
One coordinated schedule.
Setup and the audio check are planned around guest arrival. We accommodate speeches, presentations and special moments by arrangement; suitable microphones can be shared.
Clear agreements.
We record the services, times and costs in the quote and contract. You can also book the band and event DJ through us for coordinated transitions throughout the evening.

Additional battery-powered floor spots highlight walls and architecture. You choose the number – the equipment packages remain complete without room lighting. We agree the colour to suit your event.
The wide views with room lighting show twelve optional spots: six on each side in white. We include delivery, setup and dismantling of the additional room lighting in the planning of your equipment booking.
The raised stage is optional.
Raised stages and risers are not included in any package. Your venue can provide them, or we can supply them for a separate additional charge. We plan their size and setup individually.

What is included in the equipment package?
Stage equipment and an audio engineer for €890 net also include a truck, setup and breakdown. Add exactly one sound and lighting package from S to XXL. Your quote lists all services, taxes and travel costs.
Which additional costs might apply?
Travel costs, optional room spots and stage risers, and any overnight stays for technicians. Different working hours or particular additional requirements are agreed separately in advance. Your quote shows net and gross prices and the services included.
Are the stage, band and DJ included?
Packages S to XXL cover equipment only; the band and DJ are booked separately. The small audio package for our acoustic line-ups is already included in the respective acoustic band price. The venue provides the raised stage and risers shown, or we offer them separately.
Can you use the venue’s equipment?
Yes, if it is suitable for the booked performance. We agree the equipment and responsibilities with the venue or its technical supplier in advance.
Are room lighting and stage risers included?
Room lighting and stage risers are optional additions to all equipment packages from S to XXL. Your quote specifies the services actually booked.
Are the area figures firm guarantees?
No. They are indoor guidelines. Ceiling height, shape, acoustics and layout also matter; we assess outdoor requirements separately.
Can a hazer be used?
Only by arrangement and with the venue’s approval. The specific smoke and fire alarm situation is clarified before use.
What does the venue need to provide?
A suitable performance area, practical loading access and the required power supply. CEE connections need suitable power distribution. We clarify the details for your chosen package.

Equipment to suit your venue
Tell us the date, venue, room size and desired effect. We consider indoor or outdoor setup, vehicle access, lifts, setup times and existing equipment. Outdoor events are planned separately, including suitable weather and side protection.
