At the reception, guests should be able to talk. Dinner is about spending time together. Later, your team can gather in front of the stage and sing along. We plan with you when music should accompany the evening and when it should take centre stage.
You can add an acoustic duo or trio for quieter parts of the event. For the party, Pink Panta plays pop, rock and chart hits with a line-up starting at four musicians. The band and DJ can be coordinated around your schedule.

The four-piece line-up features a female singer, guitar, drums and keyboards with bass played live at the same time by the keyboardist’s left hand. The five-piece band adds a male singer. Further singers and instruments can be planned by arrangement.
Three live sets of 45 minutes form the starting point; you can book a fourth set separately. Your musical preferences and guest mix help us choose the songs.

Your office contacts are two trained full-time staff members with experience from planning more than 2,000 events. Together with you and the venue, we discuss the music throughout the event, speeches, setup times and equipment requirements.
When you book the band, DJ and equipment together, you have one contact for these services. We coordinate the technical arrangements for speech microphones and presentation audio.

Yes. You can add an acoustic duo or trio for the reception and dinner. The party line-up starts at four musicians; we coordinate the transitions together.

We coordinate the live sets with your programme. Following setup, the audio check and technical assessment, we can plan microphones for speeches and suitable connections for presentation audio.
What do you need to quote for a corporate event?
