The AI chatbot uses OpenAI for event advice and sends your chat entries to it. Chat and voice start separately with their own privacy notices; the microphone needs additional permission. Accept all starts neither the chat nor the microphone.

Google Search Console (formerly Webmaster Tools) helps us evaluate visibility in Google Search. Website verification alone sets no visitor cookies, so it has no separate consent switch.

AI chatbot: data, voice and storage
The AI advisor processes your messages, event details and conversation context through the OpenAI API. It is not a person; answers may contain errors and are non-binding. Please do not enter health, payment or identity-document data, or confidential information about other people. You can also contact us personally.
Voice conversations also transmit audio to OpenAI; the advisor’s voice is artificially generated. You enable voice separately in the advisor and can withdraw that permission there. Browser dictation may use a different external speech-recognition service. These cookie choices do not grant voice or microphone permission.
OpenAI may also process data outside the EEA. EU-only processing or complete absence of retention is not guaranteed. According to the provider, API data is not used for model training without separate permission; standard abuse-monitoring logs may generally be retained for up to 30 days, with possible exceptions.
The advisor requires a session cookie; the protected test access also uses an access cookie. After 20 minutes without input, or at most 30 minutes from its start, the session is no longer usable. Expiry and closing trigger a deletion request. Cleanup on server requests is supplemented by scheduled hourly cleanup. Technical delays are possible. Session deletion does not automatically remove sent emails, separate security counters, provider logs or backups.
Other advisor functions use Cloudflare Turnstile for security checks, Photon/OSRM for location and route checks, and Resend for emails you explicitly request. Direct offer emails from the advisor are currently disabled. Once enabled, sending follows address verification and your send action; the office receives the offer summary, not your chat history. This does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Google Sheets and Google Cloud supply only our prices and rules to the advisor through a server-side request. No chat messages or customer details are transmitted to the price spreadsheet and no Google cookies are set in the browser.
